Treating Intestinal Yeast Infections

By Jennifer King

Thousands of men and women are suffering from intestinal yeast infections without realizing this fact. What starts off as some indigestion and gas can escalate into something a lot harder to cure. If left untreated for long enough an intestinal yeast infection can ( in extreme cases ) leave you bedridden.

A yeast infection in your intestines, at first, will just seem like a bout of indigestion and gas. What most people do then is head for the antacids to stop the burning of the indigestion, and cut down their gas problem. Just like taking any other drug for an intestinal health problem the antacids are only masking your intestinal yeast infection by eliminating one symptom, and this is where more problems begin.

Hydrochloric acid is needed in your stomach so you can properly digest your food, and stop any bacteria that are not suppose to make it's way into your intestines. So by neutralizing your stomach acid more infection causing bacteria survive their way to your intestines, and this then makes your yeast overgrowth worse.

Once the Candida is being helped along by the antacids it will begin to flourish in your intestines. Most people at this point will start suffering from a vaginal yeast infection then chronic vaginal yeast infections. The Candida will easily set up home in other warm and moist parts of your body as this is where they breed the most. The Candida yeast loves warm moist places so the inside of a vagina is a perfect home, and this is the reason why so many yeast infections are in this area of your body.

The Candida in your intestines will feed off of the food you eat, and feed on the walls of your intestines. Once it has perforated the walls of your intestines the toxins from the mutated Candida yeast ( 79 of them ) will start entering your bloodstream. Tiny particles of food will also enter your bloodstream. With all these things entering your bloodstream it will have an effect on other parts of your body.

What started off as some indigestion and gas will now escalate into

Tiredness Aching joints and muscles Recurrent/chronic vaginal fungal infections Mood swings Brain fog Concentration problems Skin disorders Toxic liver Food allergies And many more symptoms

There are no drugs that are available to treat a fungal infection of the intestines. Any drugs that are available such as anti fungals will only make your yeast infection worse. They make infections worse by creating an imbalance in your intestinal flora, and the drugs also suppress your immune system. Your immune system needs to be strong, and you need a healthy population of friendly bacteria to prevent any Candida mutating in your digestive tract.

Treating your intestinal yeast infection at the first sign of any symptoms with a natural cure can stop you suffering from all of the symptoms that can make your life unpleasant. Treating yeast infections naturally re-balance your intestinal flora, and strengthen your immune system. - 16955
